Hello! My name is Sarah and I am the owner of Sweet Swag By Sarah. I started this business in 2012 as a way to express my creativity! I have since ventured out to include a few business endeavors under the umbrella known as Sweet Swag.
I am a 2005 Purdue University graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught 2nd grade in Indiana for a year and a half. We then moved to Minnesota where I have maintained my 1st-6th grade teaching license. Upon moving to Minnesota, I opened a daycare out of my home. I've run a full-time daycare for 6 years and have had the privilege of caring for children from birth through third grade. This also allowed me to stay home and raise my two beautiful children - Kylie and Mason - until they were ready to enter school full-time. In the fall of 2013 I accepted a position as a first grade teacher! I'm loving that I can be back in the classroom and explore my creativity in yet another way!
Sweet Swag specializes in appliqued and embroidered children's clothing, blankets, bibs, burp cloths, hooded towels, Tooth Fairy Pillows and SO MUCH MORE!! I also have a line of doll clothes and accessories that fit American Girl Dolls (or any 18" doll).
